Title: In-Home Support Worker

Works one-to-one with a selected group of clients, providing intensive, individualized services (a combination of Community Living Supports, Personal Assistance or Personal Care ) meeting the needs of each person, either in their homes or throughout the community. Client could live with family or be in a home without 24-hour supervision. Responsible for providing direct care, training and assistance in the various aspects of activities of daily living, personal hygiene assistance, leisure/recreation, developmental training, prevocational and/or vocational and is responsible for upholding consumer’s rights.


High School diploma or general equivalency diploma or commensurate skills.  Demonstrate the ability to adequately read, write and understand the English language.
