POSITION TITLE:  Associate Residential Service Coordinator

The Associate Residential Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the program’s Residential Services Coordinator(s) with the overall services for those individuals receiving Residential Habilitation or Supported Living services from Volunteers of America.  The implementation of the Individual Support Plans and the attainment of individual’s visions within their home and community environments is essential.  This person will be responsible for incident management, program quality assurance, referral to resources in the community, covering shifts in ratio, as well assisting with direct supervision of house managers in each residential and supported living setting.

This position requires a BA degree OR an equivalent of more than two years of progressively more responsible direct experience with the consumer population, supervisory experience AND a current Indiana Driver’s License.


       1.    Satisfactory criminal records test.

2.    Satisfactory abuse and neglect registry check.

3.    Proof of automobile insurance.

4.    Current Tuberculosis (TB) test.

5.    First Aid & CPR training before working alone with individuals.

6.    Able to complete DMH/DD Core Training, Investigative Training, and Advanced Incident Management
